On 4 November at 7:00 pm, SUNCINE will officially open its 33rd edition at CaixaForum Barcelona.

The evening will begin with a brief institutional welcome introducing the 33rd edition of SUNCINE, followed by the screening of El Silencio de la Tierra, part of the Official Ñ Section, with members of the film’s artistic team in attendance.

A special opening event to welcome SUNCINE 2026 and launch a new edition in which environmental cinema once again becomes a space for discovery, reflection and commitment.

The first stop on a new journey through stories that invite us to see the planet from a different perspective.
