This privacy policy sets forth how the personal data provided by the INTERESTED PARTY will be managed. THE DATA CONTROLLER has adopted the appropriate security measures in all the facilities, systems and processing. THE DATA CONTROLLER has put in place all the technical measures available to them to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access and theft of the data that the INTERESTED PARTY provides, thus ensuring its integrity and confidentiality.

REASONS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA.


The DATA CONTROLLER will use the personal data provided for the following processing purposes:
1. Provide information regarding the Film Festival organisation, activities and events related to it.

EXERCISE OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION OR SUPPRESSION, OPPOSITION, LIMITATION OF PROCESSING AND PORTABILITY RIGHTS.
